We don't advise your team. We become part of it.
When a developer engages Wallnut under a strategic mandate, we embed into the project from conception through closure — taking end-to-end ownership of sales strategy, market positioning, customer management, and capital structuring. Not an external agency. An extension of your leadership.
Sales & Marketing Mandate · CRM & Post-Sales Mandate · Corporate Finance Mandate
Developers preparing a launch
who want the product, pricing, and go-to-market shaped by market evidence before designs are frozen.
Developers with live inventory
where velocity has stalled and the honest diagnosis hasn't been delivered yet.
Developers scaling beyond in-house capacity
who need institutional-grade sales, CRM, and capital functions without building all three from scratch.
Every mandate begins with intelligence.
Before a single unit is marketed, we conduct a rigorous assessment of the micro-market — mapping competition, studying absorption patterns, profiling the target buyer, and stress-testing your product against real demand.
Then we evaluate the product itself: configuration mix, sizing, floor plans, amenities, and pricing — benchmarked not against aspiration, but against what the market will absorb at velocity. If the product needs recalibration, we say so. If the pricing is ambitious beyond absorption capacity, we present the data. This is the advisory that prevents a ten-year sell-through on a project that should move in twenty-four months.
From there, we build the go-to-market architecture — brand positioning, marketing communications, channel partner activation, digital campaigns, on-ground deployment — and then we run it. Our team is physically present at the sales gallery, managing walk-ins, site visits, negotiations, and closures, with full CRM transparency back to your leadership.

A note on timing.
We prefer to engage at conception, before you commit to product design. The mandates that deliver the highest velocity are the ones where our intelligence shapes the product — not the ones where we inherit finished inventory and are asked to move it. Come to us early, and we'll earn the difference.
The sale is the beginning. The relationship is the work.
A booking is a promise; everything after it is delivery. We operate the entire post-booking lifecycle with institutional discipline — agreement execution, demand scheduling, payment follow-ups, loan coordination, registration support, and final handover.
The result is a project where cash flows stay predictable and the buyer's experience stays seamless from booking to keys. Fewer escalations, faster collections, and a brand your next launch inherits.
For developers who want this capability without a sales mandate, we offer CRM as a standalone engagement — your sales team, our post-sales machine.
In a client's words
"They have been taking care of entire sales and CRM... very efficient in the end-to-end process, from sales all the way through CRM. They have been a part of our company, managing our sales arm."
Harsh Jagwani — Developer Client
Capital, structured like it's our own money at stake.
We raise capital for developers — construction finance, structured debt, NCD placements, and project-level funding. Our institutional relationships span more than fifty lenders: fund houses, NBFCs, AIFs, banks, and private credit platforms. That breadth lets us structure facilities that optimise for what actually matters — cost, control, and speed.
The arithmetic is simple. When we advise a developer to raise at 7% instead of 8%, those hundred basis points flow straight to the project's bottom line. Capital advisory isn't a service line to us; it's a profit line to you.
Before you engage us
When should we engage you — before or after launch?
Before, ideally at conception. Our best results come when market intelligence shapes the product itself. That said, we regularly take on live projects where velocity has stalled — the diagnosis just starts from a different place.
Do you take every mandate you're offered?
No. A mandate means our name and our team are attached to the outcome, so we assess the project the same way we'd advise a client to: on the data. If we don't believe we can move it, we'll tell you — and tell you why.
How do your fees work?
Engagements are structured to align our success with yours — typically a combination of retainer and performance-linked components, shaped to the mandate. We'll walk you through the structure transparently in the first conversation.
Can we engage just one component — say, CRM only?
Yes. CRM & Post-Sales runs as a standalone engagement, and Corporate Finance mandates frequently operate independently. Integration is our strength, not a condition.
How is confidentiality handled?
Contractually and culturally. Pricing decisions, absorption data, and capital structures stay inside the mandate. We're comfortable operating under NDA from the first meeting.
Tell us where the project stands.
One conversation with a principal — your project, our first read, no obligation.
