About Us

Sales and capital were never meant to be separate conversations.

Wallnut Luxe was founded in 2021 on a simple observation: developers were being advised in fragments. Brokers who could sell but couldn't structure capital. Financiers who could raise debt but had never stood in a sales gallery. Consultants who produced reports and left before the results came in.

We built the firm to close that gap — one practice where sales strategy, capital access, and market intelligence inform each other, because in a real project, they always do.

The Partners

One firm, three disciplines.

Wallnut Luxe is led by three equal partners, each carrying one of the disciplines a project cannot succeed without. Sukant Mangal owns developer relations — the trust of Mumbai's development community, built over years inside its most prominent firms. Yogeshwar Nagda owns finance — corporate finance, debt syndication, and structured transactions, with institutional relationships built over eighteen years. Ricky Kolambe owns sales strategy and marketing — go-to-market, positioning, and velocity, sharpened across eighteen-plus years selling for Lodha, Kalpataru, Radius, and DAMAC in Mumbai and the GCC.

When a developer engages Wallnut, all three disciplines arrive together. The relationship opens the right doors, the sales strategy knows what the market will absorb, and the capital structure knows what the lender needs to see. That is the entire premise of the firm — three partners, one accountable practice.

How We Work

The standards behind the advice.

We say the inconvenient thing early.

If the product needs recalibration, we say so before launch — not after two slow quarters. Our clients don't pay us to agree with them.

We take mandates, not assignments.

Ownership changes behaviour. When our team is accountable for closures, collections, and cost of capital, the advice sharpens. We prefer engagements where our outcomes are measurable.

We treat confidentiality as infrastructure.

Land positions, capital structures, pricing decisions — the information we hold could move markets against our clients. Discretion isn't a courtesy here; it's the operating condition.

We are independent.

Our recommendations aren't shaped by inventory we need to move or lenders we're obligated to favour. When we bring you an option, it's because it's the right one — the client's outcome is the only side we're on.

The Lifecycle

Four practices, one arc.

A project moves through phases — and most advisors serve exactly one of them. Our practices are mapped to the whole arc, so a client who starts with a feasibility question can end with a fully sold, fully funded, fully delivered project without ever re-explaining themselves to a new advisor.

Every Wallnut engagement is led by a principal. The people on this page are the people in your meetings.

Leadership

The team behind every mandate.

Principals lead the engagement. These are the people who run it.

Portrait of Romi Nagda

Romi Nagda

Chief Financial Officer

Romi runs the firm's financial function — accounts, taxation, audit, banking relationships, and the controls that keep every mandate clean. Nine years across finance and audit have given her a practitioner's eye for detail, and in a business where our clients' capital decisions depend on our numbers being right, that rigour is the product.

Portrait of Vignesh Pillai

Vignesh Pillai

Head — CRM & Bank Relations

Vignesh anchors the firm's high-stakes HNI and Ultra-HNI relationships — shaping CRM strategy, defining service standards, and orchestrating secured lending and bank alliances around each mandate. Across two decades with Lodha, Rustomjee, Radius, and the Ahuja Group, he has built a record of turning intricate, high-value transactions into effortless, concierge-grade client journeys.

Portrait of Amit Singh

Amit Singh

Assistant Vice President — Sales

Amit heads sales across the firm's live mandates — building and running the on-ground teams, activating the channel, holding pricing discipline on the floor, and owning closures project by project. Fifteen-plus years at Lodha, Radius, and the Ahuja Group have taught him what actually moves inventory: the daily rigour of walk-ins, follow-ups, and negotiations that turns a launch into a sell-through.

Business Head

Jyoti leads business operations — mandate delivery, team performance, and the discipline that holds a project to its plan. Twenty-plus years of industry experience sit on top of a service background, and it shows in how he runs an engagement: clear command, tight execution, results measured rather than described.

Portrait of Zubin Dutt

Zubin Dutt

General Manager — Sourcing

Zubin heads sourcing — channel partner networks, lead pipelines, and the on-ground supply that keeps a sales gallery busy. Fifteen-plus years in sales have taught him that velocity is built long before launch day, in the relationships that decide whose project a channel partner walks a client into first.
