Site Head
Run a project end to end on the ground: team, velocity, client reporting, and the discipline that holds a launch to plan.
Closing Team Lead
Lead a closing team on a live mandate — coaching negotiation, holding pricing discipline on the floor, and owning the project's closure numbers. Requires proven closing experience in Mumbai residential real estate; you'll have carried a number yourself before you carry a team's.
Sourcing Team Lead
Build and lead the sourcing team behind a mandate — channel partner network, activation, and the pipeline that keeps a sales gallery busy. Requires established relationships in the Mumbai channel and a track record of turning them into consistent walk-ins.
Closing Manager
Own site walk-ins, negotiations, and closures on a live mandate. You carry a number, not a team.
Sourcing Manager
Build and work the channel partner network that fills the gallery — relationships, activation, and pipeline.
Marketing Manager
Positioning, campaigns, digital performance, and the collateral that brings qualified footfall to site.
AI Automation Architect
Design and build the automation behind our advisory — feasibility tooling, CRM workflows, and the intelligence layer we run on.

How long does the process take?
We respond to shortlisted candidates within a week. From there it's usually two conversations — one with the function head, one with a principal.
Do you hire freshers?
Selectively, and usually into sourcing. Real estate is learned on the ground, so we look for people willing to spend time at site before they specialise.
Where is the role based?
Mumbai. Most roles involve time at project sites and sales galleries across the city, not only at the BKC office.
